Manufacturer Approved Spares & Service Centre

From our state-of-the-art workshop in Liverpool we save you money by extending the life of your sound, lighting and video equipment with manufacturer approved services and repairs.

When you think a piece of equipment has come to the end of the road, we may still be able to save it! Our service technicians have access to detailed schematics and are experienced in completing board-level assessments and repairs. When a manufacturer no longer supplies replacement parts or they are prohibitively expensive we often find ourselves identifying and sourcing unusual components that allow us to repair valuable equipment that would have otherwise been at the end of its life.

Because we have been servicing our rental department’s equipment for 30 years, we understand what is most likely to go wrong and when. We apply this learning to every service meaning we take better preventative action and are able to extend the life and increase the value of your equipment.

Whilst we are able to service and any sound, lighting and video equipment, we are an approved service centre for a number of manufacturers including: Coda Audio, L-Acoustics, Sennheiser, Soundcraft and Digico.

The Service & Repair Process

Consultation

Get in touch to let us know what you need doing, when you need it doing and whether you would prefer the work to take place at our workshop or on site. We’ll check that it’s something we can confidently help with and, if it is, then we’ll get back to you with a quote -usually within 24 hours subject to availability of parts pricing.

Transport

If you are happy to go ahead, then we will book your equipment in. If the work isn’t going to be done on site, you can either ship it to us or we can collect it from you.

Assessment / Service

Whether it’s a service or repair, if we identify any faults that require work or parts beyond that already quoted, we will always provide you with a quote for additional work before commencing. Nobody likes surprise bills.

Repair

If your equipment requires repair, one of our experienced repair technicians will complete your repair to manufacturer standards.

Testing

We take nothing for granted. Once we’ve completed your repair, we will thoroughly test your equipment prior to dispatch. This always includes completing a PAT test on any electrical items.

Dispatch

If the equipment is being repaired in our workshop, we will let you know that it’s ready for dispatch. You can choose to collect the equipment from us or we can arrange to ship it back to you.
