Primary Role

  • Manage schedules for staff technicians & book freelancers 

Main Responsibilities  

  • Plan & maintain staff timesheets schedules within Team Track Software 
  • Plan and document freelancer availability within Team Track Software 
  • Process freelancer purchase orders, expenses & PDs 
  • Maintain clear communication with Account & Project Managers regarding their crew requirements ensuring that individual crew members personalities and technical ability fits budgets & expectations. 

Professional Qualities

  • Industry awareness * 
  • Good knowledge of crew roles within Audio, Lighting and Video * 
  • Strong negotiation skills *

  • 5+ years experience working with a touring production company *
