Job Description

Primary Role

Handling all client requirements including client development, new contracts, quoting, technical specifications, invoicing and project management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quote allocation
  • Job quoting
  • Oversee all job pricing
  • Individual job crew allocation
  • Individual job sub hires
  • Client development/relations
  • Sales lead investigation & chasing
  • Job site visits
  • Client & staff liaison
  • Individual job profit & loss
  • Advance work planning
  • Individual job engineer liaison and paperwork advance
  • Project management
  • Oversee invoicing
  • Debtor chasing
  • Damaged/non-return items client chasing
  • Ensure all personal job gear lists are good to prep
  • Job Invoicing
  • Produce job related PO’s

Documentation / Reporting Responsibilities

  • Income pipeline input
  • Health & Safety CDM Documentation

  • Experience in a similar role in company of similar size
