Job Description

Primary Role

Adlib are seeking an individual to assist with planning and implementation of all logistics relating to the company’s day to day business. Including assisting and maintaining project documentation within the department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project budget targets
  • Externally and internally market the department
  • Ensure department adheres to company ISO systems
  • Planning of future logistics
  • Liaise with engineers
  • Dealing with holiday requests
  • Booking accommodation and other requirements
  • Managing schedules and the distribution of any relevant documentation.
  • Preparation of Technical Submissions
  • Computation of Operation and Maintenance Documentation
  • Daily general administrative duties
  • Ensure effective and accurate reporting
  • Assist with timely completion of all paperwork relating to project i.e. invoicing
