Primary Role

We are seeking a Dispatch Operative who can ensure all equipment/assets are scanned in and out of the warehouse accurately and safely and ensure that all necessary records and documents are completed and monitored.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervision/Scheduling of team during truck loading and unloading in conjunction with Warehouse Managers
• Helping to drive and motivate a team to complete the task in a timely manner
• Ensuring equipment is leaving the building to the correct standards
• Work alongside external crew providers to ensure our processes are followed
• Ensure all safe systems of work are adhered to in the Dispatch area and Yard
