Other Warehouse Operatives, Warehouse Operations Manager, Prep Technicians, Department Managers & Directors, Project & Technical Project Managers, Technicians

Primary Role

Assisting Warehouse Operations Manager and other Warehouse Operatives in day-to-day operations including the prep, dispatch, return and de-prep of all equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Prep & De-prep of equipment
• Maintaining equipment standards
• Loading & Unloading of vehicles
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Scheduling and monitoring of any safety testing that may be necessary
• Scheduling and monitoring of any necessary software updates (where applicable)
• General Housekeeping
• Upholding Health & Safety Standards
• Monthly weekend on-call cover

Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities

• Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
• Report faults,  damages or missing equipment
• Maintaining all rental equipment

Deputy Responsibilities

• Cover of same duties for other Warehouse Operatives in their absence
