Primary Role
Assisting Warehouse Managers in day to day operations including the prep, dispatch, return and de-prep of all equipment within our expanding inventory of Set, Drapes & Projection Screens.
Main Responsibilities
- Prep & De-prep of equipment
- Maintaining equipment standards
- Loading & unloading of vehicles
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Scheduling stock utilising asset software (Hiretrack)
- General Housekeeping
- Upholding Health & Safety Standards
- Assist with external live events on-site where necessary
Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
- Report faults, damages, or missing equipment
Deputy Responsibilities
- Cover of same duties for other Warehouse Operatives in their absence
