Our rental, sales, installations and service clients are all supported by our own dedicated service centre in Knowsley, Liverpool.
We deliver maintenance contracts throughout the UK to event venues, schools, and theatres.
Because we have been servicing our own rental department’s equipment for 30 years, we understand what is most likely to go wrong and when. We apply this learning to every maintenance contract meaning we take better preventative action and can extend the life and increase the value of your equipment.
Preventative maintenance, PAT testing, and equipment servicing can be included in the maintenance contract and access to Adlib’s rental stock means you won’t have to cancel a show because of equipment failure.
Working closely with manufacturers including Roe, Yamaha, Martin, GLP, Coda Audio, L-Acoustics, Sennheiser, Soundcraft and DiGiCo, Adlib offer manufacturer supported servicing and repairs for sound, lighting and video equipment.
All repairs carried out by our service department include a 90-day parts and labour warranty from the date the repair is completed. Terms and conditions apply.
Get in touch to let us know what you need doing, when you need it doing and whether you would prefer the work to take place at our workshop or on site. We’ll check that it’s something we can confidently help with and, if it is, then we’ll get back to you with a quote -usually within 24 hours subject to availability of parts pricing.
If you are happy to go ahead, then we will book your equipment in. If the work isn’t going to be done on site, you can either ship it to us or we can collect it from you.
Once we have received the equipment Adlib’s service staff will complete an inspection and get back to you with a quote to carry out the work. There is a non-refundable inspection charge of £60 that will be waived if you elect to proceed with the repair.
If your equipment requires repair, one of our experienced repair technicians will complete your repair to manufacturer standards.
We take nothing for granted. Once we’ve completed your repair, we will thoroughly test your equipment before dispatch.
If the equipment is being repaired in our workshop, we will let you know that it’s ready for dispatch. You can choose to collect the equipment from us or we can arrange to ship it back to you.
