Primary Role
Assist in overseeing the Audio department’s rental equipment inventory including ensuring all assets are recorded on the asset management database, asset rotation, all asset purchases, rental requirements and logistics relating to equipment movement. Ensure the accuracy of lists being presented to the Warehouse.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of rental asset records / fixed asset register
- Assisting Account and Project Managers to specify and present accurate lists for prep
- Recording Equipment purchases
- Management of stocktakes
- Identifying stock utilisation levels
- Management of stock rotation
- Identifying equipment Shortfalls
- Booking Sub-hires
- Equipment logistics
- Creating equipment lists for warehouse prep based on requirements from project managers
- Rental software training & troubleshooting
- Daily processing of non-conformance reports
- Daily processing of equipment fault reports
