The Academy Music Group wanted to find out how to get the best value from their existing equipment and infrastructure, as well as planning long-term investments in refurbishments and refits.
We visited every venue in the chain and made a detailed survey of the condition of every piece of equipment, as well as testing critical infrastructure, and providing technical advice where needed.
A detailed technical report was produced for every venue, as well as the establishment of an annual training day for technical managers across the group.
