As part of his blockbuster World Tour, country superstar Luke Combs brought his show to arenas across the UK & Europe, playing to sold-out crowds and reinforcing his status as one of country music’s global heavyweights. Known for his powerhouse vocals and dynamic live shows, Luke’s production demanded a stadium-grade technical package to ensure every fan experienced the full energy of the performance — from the front row to the back of the arena.
The UK & Europe leg of the tour required a fully integrated system across audio, lighting, and video, designed for consistent performance across venues with varied layouts and acoustics. The brief was to replicate the impact of the US tour while adapting seamlessly to European venues, with rider-friendly kit that could support high-impact visuals, precision lighting, and crystal-clear sound.
Adlib provided a turnkey technical solution, working closely with Luke Combs’ touring production team to ensure seamless delivery across the European dates. The design prioritised coverage, control, and scalability, with particular attention to arena-sized challenges such as sightlines, rigging points, and large-format crowd management.
The audio system was built around an L-Acoustics K Series rig, designed to deliver power and clarity in large spaces:
To ensure complete coverage in every corner of the venue, L-Acoustics A10 and X8 were deployed as fills, and K2 arrays were used for delays where required.
For the support act, a DiGiCo SD9 console with SD Rack provided front-of-house control, while a Sennheiser 2000 series IEM package ensured reliable on-stage monitoring.
The lighting design, engineered for bold looks and dynamic flexibility, was built around a robust package of Ayrton, Robe, Martin, Chauvet, and GLP fixtures:
The show utilised a Follow-Me remote followspot system, comprising two servers, multiple cameras, and operator kits, allowing precise spotlight control over performers from FOH.
Atmospherics were delivered by 2 MDG TheONE fog/haze machines and 4 TMB ProFan DMX fans, helping to enhance beam definition and create mood throughout the set.
The rigging infrastructure included Total Fabrications Serious Medium Duty and OV40 truss, as well as Tyler GT Plus pre-rig truss, supporting the weight and complexity of the flown system.
Lighting control was handled via a grandMA3 Light and grandMA3 full-size console, with comprehensive distro and signal management through StageSmarts C72tv 72-way Socapex distro units and long fibre multicore runs to accommodate arena-scale distances.
Visually, the production featured an impressive LED wall package from ROE Visual, including:
Processing was handled by a Helios standard rack with extension racks, ensuring clean, seamless playback.
The camera system integrated 2 Marshall CV350-10X mini POV cameras and 4 Panasonic UC4000 4K HDR broadcast cameras, paired with Canon field lenses for crisp IMAG shots. The control system included a Ross Touchdrive monitor, Helium CCU engineering core, and a 4K Cobalt PPU core, providing flawless camera switching and live video distribution.
Luke Combs’ UK & Europe tour was a resounding success, both sonically and visually, delivering an arena show with stadium-level energy and precision. From the roar of the crowd to the detail on the big screens, the production was polished, powerful, and ready to scale — reflecting the artist’s global ambitions and cementing his status as a must-see live act.
Adlib was proud to support Luke Combs’ team with a touring package that balanced reliability with impact, ensuring fans across Europe got the full Luke Combs live experience, no matter where they stood.
