What did you do before you joined Adlib?
I joined Adlib in June 2007 and worked as a school admin officer before that.
What does your role at Adlib involve?
After specialising in Accounts, I now look after all things HR including processing payroll.
What are you an expert in?
Helping people with queries when I can, and I am pretty good at problem solving!
What do you like most about Adlib?
I like being busy. No two days are the same and there’s something new every day.
What has been your favourite project at Adlib?
Being given the opportunity to run the HR and Payroll department and that fact that people have faith in me.
What’s on your wish list for the next 10 years of Adlib?
That Adlib continues to grow and expand, but keeps that special family feel about it.
What do you do when you aren’t working?
I love to travel – anywhere in the world!
