The Service & Repair Process
Get in touch to let us know what you need doing, when you need it doing and whether you would prefer the work to take place at our workshop or on site. We’ll check that it’s something we can confidently help with and, if it is, then we’ll get back to you with a quote -usually within 24 hours subject to availability of parts pricing.
If you are happy to go ahead, then we will book your equipment in. If the work isn’t going to be done on site, you can either ship it to us or we can collect it from you.
Assessment / Service
Whether it’s a service or repair, if we identify any faults that require work or parts beyond that already quoted, we will always provide you with a quote for additional work before commencing. Nobody likes surprise bills.
