The Relationship

Adlib's partnership with All Time Low spans more than a decade, supporting the band from their early UK & European ventures, providing audio rental services for festivals, theatres, and academy tours, through to their current arena-level productions. As the band’s live ambitions and production values have evolved, so too has the scale and complexity of the systems that Adlib have provided, growing in tandem with the band’s popularity in the UK & Europe.

This long-term collaboration has allowed for deep mutual trust, continuity in crew and systems, and a shared understanding of what’s required to deliver consistent, high-quality shows in a wide variety of venues across the UK.

The Requirement

For the UK leg of the 2026 Everyone's Talking! World Tour, All Time Low needed a fully integrated audio and video package capable of delivering the band's signature energy and punch to every seat in the UK's large arenas while remaining efficient to deploy on a fast-moving tour schedule.

Adlib was tasked with delivering FOH and monitor control for the full UK & European run, while the complete loudspeaker system, a high-resolution curved LED upstage wall, dual IMAG screens, and a full 4K camera and switching package were specified exclusively for the UK arena dates.

The Solution

Audio

At front-of-house, the tour was mixed on a Midas HD96, paired with a dual-redundant Waves Extreme server system for plugin processing. A Mac mini handled multitrack recording, and a Lake LM44 system processor plus a Waves MaxxBCL unit completed the FOH rack.

Signal distribution was supported by a pair of Midas DL231 stage racks. On stage, monitors were mixed via an Allen & Heath dLive C1500 with a DM64 MixRack. The RF system included two channels of Shure Axient Digital microphones and twelve channels of Shure PSM in-ear monitors.

The main PA comprised 28 L-Acoustics K1 and 40 K2 cabinets, supported by 18 KS28 subwoofers and a mix of A10 Wide and A15 Wide cabinets for front/infill coverage. System control was managed via an Adlib Control Rack featuring Newton Outline and L-Acoustics P1 processing.

An Adlib 110V backline transformer and distro system supported international compatibility and stage infrastructure.

Video

A striking visual backdrop was created using a curved 15m x 7m ROE Black Quartz 4.6mm LED wall upstage, with two 4m x 6m IMAG side screens also built from ROE BQ4 panels.

Three Panasonic UC4000 4K camera channels were deployed, two with Canon UJ90 lenses and one with a Canon CJ20, alongside two Panasonic UE160 PTZ cameras and a dedicated AW-UB50E drum camera.

Signal routing and switching was handled by a Ross Carbonite Ultra with Ultrix UHD routing. Four Megapixel Helios processors managed signal distribution for both IMAG and upstage LED walls. The client supplied their own media server infrastructure for video playback.

The Outcome

Adlib delivered a tightly integrated touring solution that met the demands of All Time Low's creative and technical team. Through a combination of industry-standard technology and close collaboration with the band's core production crew, Adlib ensured that the "Everyone's Talking!" tour maintained high-impact visuals and pristine sound across every show.

Adlib's Head of Account Management, Jay Petch, commented: "Once again, it was fantastic to connect with Phil and the band. This time around, I've had the pleasure of supporting the team from an Account Management perspective, but having been on the road with them before, I know first-hand how much care goes into delivering a great show to their fans in the UK and Europe.

"The fact that we can now do that in a greater capacity, beyond just audio, is something we're really proud of. It gives me great pleasure to extend that level of support to Phil, the band, and the rest of the technical and creative team."
