Adlib joined Nelly’s Where The Party At Tour for its UK arena dates, including high-profile shows at The O2 in London and AO Arena in Manchester. Working closely with 900 Management, a specialist in music marketing and tour logistics, and RNC Entertainment, a U.S.-based company focused on entertainment, VIP experiences and promotions, Adlib was brought in to deliver a comprehensive lighting and video solution to support the production across its UK run.
The creative brief required a visually engaging and high-energy setup to match the pace and personality of the live show. The system had to integrate with existing touring infrastructure, be adaptable across large-capacity venues, and deliver a reliable audience experience night after night.
The lighting design combined powerful beam work, rich colour washes, and high-impact audience effects, supporting the performance while maintaining adaptability for different stage configurations.
The rig featured 32 Robe MegaPointe fixtures, providing beam and effects flexibility. These were combined with 36 Martin MAC Ultra Performance units and 32 Martin MAC Aura XIP fixtures to deliver front and back wash coverage, keylight, and mid-air effects. For strobing and audience interaction, 50 GLP JDC 1s and 26 GLP X4 Bars offered pixel-mapped effects and high-output looks.
14 Chauvet Strike Array 2 fixtures were used for blinder effects and punchy white-light hits during crowd-engagement moments. The full system was controlled via a grandMA3 full-size console, providing the control required for a multi-fixture, multi-layer show.

The video system formed a core part of the stage design, combining large-format LED visuals with live camera feeds for IMAG coverage.
The LED package consisted of 274 Unilumin panels, split between two large upstage walls and a pair of IMAG screens positioned stage left and right, ensuring clear visuals throughout the arena.
To support dynamic live camera coverage, the package included two Panasonic AW-UE150 4K PTZ cameras, two Marshall CV350 Mini POV cameras, and two Sony HXC-100 broadcast cameras, offering multiple perspectives for both wide and close-up content.
System control was centralised using a Panasonic HS410 PPU rack, delivering smooth switching between playback content and live feeds. The setup provided sharp, high-resolution visuals and a flexible platform for delivering video content across a range of venue formats.
Audio for the UK dates was supplied by triplex, who provided a DiGiCo system for the tour. The package included a Quantum 338 console for monitors and a Quantum 326 at front of the house. A pair of SD11i consoles with HMA connectivity were also provided for support acts.
Wireless systems were delivered using Shure PSM1000 and Axient Digital, offering consistent RF performance across the tour. The main PA system was supplied in partnership with Kingdom Services, who deployed a full d&b GSL system across all UK venues.
