Avolites has introduced the Diamond 3 (D3) series, a collection of hardware designed to deliver the full power of the Titan operating system in a portable and lightweight form factor. The range consists of five distinct products that allow for a flexible, scalable setup without the need for an external laptop. By integrating processing directly into the hardware, the D3 series serves as a self-contained solution for touring, rental, and fixed installation environments.
D3-110
The D3-110 is the flagship standalone console in the range, capable of controlling 24 DMX universes natively. It features an integrated high-brightness touchscreen and increased processing power to handle large-scale shows and demanding production schedules. The control surface includes 10 playback faders, 3 encoder wheels, and 12 macro buttons, utilizing the familiar Avolites compact key layout. It supports industry-standard protocols such as sACN, Art-Net, and Art-RDM, while offering a mixture of USB-C and USB-A ports for peripheral connectivity.
D3-010
For applications where space and portability are paramount, the D3-010 provides full Titan control in Avolites' smallest ever portable console. Supporting 8 DMX universes natively, this unit eliminates the need for a laptop; users simply connect a monitor to begin programming. The D3-010 retains the same tactile interface as the larger model, featuring 10 playback faders and 12 macro buttons, and it is fully compatible with USB-C touchscreens. Its rugged design is specifically intended for live environments where a travel-ready, standalone solution is required.
D3 Wing
The D3 Wing is an expansion unit designed to add physical playback control to any D3 setup. It provides 20 additional playback faders and buttons, allowing operators to stay hands-on during live playback, cue stacking, and fast programming. To ensure a consistent user experience, the Wing matches the layout, finish, and red LED scheme of the D3-010 and D3-110 consoles, fitting seamlessly into the workflow.
D3 Core
Designed for fixed installations and remote control applications, the D3 Core is a 1U rack-mounted processor that runs Titan as a standalone controller. It natively supports 16 DMX universes and is built for situations where space is limited but reliable Avolites control is essential. As it has no front panel controls, it is intended to function as a standalone engine or to be used in conjunction with a connected control surface or remote interface.
D3 Touch
The D3 Touch is a pre-configured touchscreen interface designed to provide reliable access to Titan processing. It is particularly suited for venues where operators require simple, responsive access to key functions such as show playback or house light presets without the complexity of a full console. The unit is plug-and-play and integrates fully with the D3 Core or other Titan consoles, making it an ideal choice for installations managed by non-technical staff.
